Hi guys, I am trying to help out my girlfriends uncle who is quadriplegic. He wants to start using the internet and so I am trying to find a good piece of voice software to setup for him. I want it to be so the nurse can turn on his laptop, then he can do everything from there on. Anyone know of any?
