I have OCed my s**tty PCI videocard to the maximum riva tuner allows me to, just so that I can play CSS with these settings:

DX 8.1 mode, 1024x768, shader and shadows to Low, reflections to simple, model and texture high, AA x2, AS x0.

I still lag sometimes lols. Average frames 40-50. Don't even play any other games since the lag is... Well, sad.

Temps are amazing, I can't remember what brand this card is but it comes with a fanless heatsink, so I stuck a 120mm fan on it attached very stone-age with some wire to keep it cool.
