Hello! I would like to welcome you to HWA and congratulate you on your fist post. You may not be familiar with how to make posts requesting help so let me help you.

If it's a post about a computer problem related to hardware/software, please post your computer make/model/specs/operating system (if you know them) so that the people can better help you knowing what you have.

In this case, you said you had HP but what's your model number?
Perhaps if we had that, that would be a start.
