I have tried looking through my BIOS to find ways to overclock my cpu but I have found nothing.
Here are some specs I got from running EVEREST:

Processor Properties:
Manufacturer AMD
Version AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3500+
External Clock 201 MHz
Maximum Clock 3000 MHz
Current Clock 2211 MHz
Type Central Processor
Voltage 1.4 V
Status Enabled
Socket Designation Socket M2

Motherboard Properties:
Manufacturer Acer
Product EM61SM/EM61PM

I would appreciate any help!

Since OCing is generally done via the BIOS, you'll need to provide the motherboard specs.

However, a search of the model number you provided this:
http://www.overclock.net/amd-motherboards/205594-acer-em61sm-e...kable.html

which says you can't overclock it, AFAICT.

What's your goal?
