  How to align metadata to a cluster boundary?

I was using bitlocker in windows 7 but unfortunately lost the partition table. I tried to recovered the bitlocket encrypted partition by command --

repair-bde <encryped volume> -nov -rp ******-******..................

But there comes an error that failed to fix the boot sector because metadata is not aligned to a cluster boundary. Is there any software available which can align metadata to a cluster boundary?
