Long story short - I have 2 Win7 installed on one HDD, and Vista on another HDD.
Since kickasstorrents.com moved to another location, I've had problems reaching the site.
Win7 in my default OS. So I boots into Vista, and I can log into Kickasstorrents.com no probs.
So bang goes my diagnostics of a block on my Router. Cookies are enabled. In fact,
nothing has been altered for months. So what can the problem be? I'm not banned
because I can access from Vista. IP's remain the same.

When I click on Bookmark (address also been entered manually) to get to kickasstorrents.com i get this:-

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I've never experienced that sort of problem before, so I'm at a loss.
Anyone assist with this wee problem please?

Tam...

You f**king douche bag, I didn't know it was a pron site (I typed kickass.com) and my wife and inlaws were right behind me... a**hole.

It works fine though. Try different browsers or a proxy (http://www.hidemyass.com) and see.

Hahahahhahaahhahahah!

Lol you fcuking douche! I said Kickasstorrents.com! I then proceeded to shorten
the web address.

Hahah I can not stop laughing! I will have to edit my original post.

I'd posted another thread about KICKASSTORRENTS.COM being down last week, so I'd
assumed the memories would still be fresh.

P.S: Sorry

Peerblock will block the site. Possibly any other p2p software also.

Man you're right. And after you mentioned about it last week, I downloaded it, installed,
then uninstalled and KAT's not been accessible since! So something's not right here.
PeerBlock will be the problem or was the problem but it's no longer on my computer??

@Tam

There could still be part of it on your pc somewhere, unless you formatted the HDD. Run regcleaner and look for anything that may be part of it. You could also look in control panel at your p2p settings.

The install looks hokey, but if you uncheck evrerything, it installs malware free.
