  How do you reformat a Seagate 1TB external Harddrive from...32 using windows 7

i go to "My Computer" then i right click on "Expansion drive" which is my external Hard Drive, then select "Format", then for file system it has NTFS (default) aand exFAT. now to run it on a PS3 you need it to be FAT32. it dont give me that option, any ideas without costs haha
