Is the problem with pictures only, or does it also occur with text?

What application are you using?

What keystrokes or procedure are you using to cut or copy or paste?
For example, are you using
*mouse highlighting and clicks, or
*a menu "edit>>copy" and "edit>>paste", or
*keyboard ctrl-c and ctrl-v, or
*keyboard special function keys, or
*etc?

Try booting up in safe-mode and seeing if it still doesn't work WHEREVER AND HOWEVER you're currently having the problem.

Also, if this is something that started happening right after you installed or updated software or hardware, or used a registry "cleaner", or something like that, then try going back to a system "restore point" date just before your new install/update or registry cleaning, or whatever. If you have your system set to "auto-update" then look at the software update logs to see if anything coincides with the time your problem started to occur, and go to a restore point just prior to that point in time.

You can also go to the system "event viewer" and see if there are any error entries there that could help identify what might have caused the problem.

By the way, I realize how frustrating it is when something doesn't work, but if you aren't willing to provide SPECIFIC details about a problem then it can make it harder for people to help you and they have to spend more time on the issue...time that is valuable to them.
