I am getting the odd bluescreen crash every so often. There's a chance it will happen when I have a lot of media running and I load one more (browser, TV player, music player, video player, etc.).

But most of the time it occurs when I boot up a game - it will either crash immediately or after the menu screens (upon starting actual gameplay). If I restart and try again, it will always be fine, so the chance of a crash seems to increase the longer the system has been running and maybe also with more applications active in the background.

The bluescreen identifies DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and looking at the last 9 minidumps, the top 3 files showing up in the technical information are:

ks.sys
portcls.sys
viahduaa.sys

BlueScreenView highlights viahduaa.sys as the the Caused By Driver for all crashes, with the other 2 files under Stack Addresses.

Does anyone advise how I can fix this intermittent but ongoing issue?
