1) The Witcher
2) KOTOR 1&2
3) Morrowind
4) Mass Effect 1
5) Oblivion

I have The Witcher 2 installed but have only played about an hour of it. I WANT to play it but I'm so caught up in DarkFall that I can't play any other games.

Dragon Age (Origins) I
Mass Effect I
Mass Effect II
The Witcher I

I am eagerly waiting for Mass Effect 3, and need to upgrade my PC for Dragon Age II. :)

Mass Effect 2 was good but I thought 1 was better(for story). You need to play the KOTOR series and Morrowind. Dragon Age was very good but I can't say it matches the others.

Dude The Witcher 2 is awesome. How awesome? Well, After I finished the game the first time from Roche's path I immediately started playing the game again just to see Iorveth's side. Both sides are very fun to play but I think I enjoyed Iorveth's side more, the quests are more fun to do.

Word of advice, if you find a Necromancer scroll keep it, you'll know why when you're in the final chapter.

Also, the game has been patched to v1.3 and it got a new DLC and supposedly all performance issues have been fixed. I probably spent like 2 days customizing the game until it ran smoothly with my 8800gt SLI but it was worth it. The game still looks very very good with some details turned all the way to low. You have to play it definitely.

Another game that has me glued to my seat is The Last Remnant, I bought it on Steam summer camp sale for $9.99 and if you like Final Fantasy games then you'll enjoy this one. It's very complicated at first but you'll get used to the ocmbat system after a while.

I can't play the Witcher 2, I get some weird graphical problem where the screen is shades of yellow and orange and all you can see are Geralt's eyes. Waiting to see if ATi are going to fix it with a new driver.

Nice to see so many people actually like RPGs instead of other genres. I can not play Witcher II because of my computer. I have Keyboard (Logitech G110) (packed used only for two days) and AMD Phenom X4 980 (Meats you should know, how I might have got the CPU ;)). I have to get plenty of stuff before I could play The Witcher II.

I have left the job, because I have been into BPO industry from past four years and I hate those (no offense to my American/ Canadian friends) people who don't know what they are talking about and yet blame the company and sting us like "we" as an employee did something to them/their products. I have mere 120$ left in the bank current Account. I will not get into any call center again. I literally asked Mr. John to Shut the f**k up!.

I will start my own business of Computer, Laptop repairing and chip level repairing, just need to do a small course of six months.

Anyways. sorry, lets back to the topic. No body mentioned about Neverwinter nights? As per reviews it appears to be a very good game. Any opinions? :)

I think I know what you mean on the cpu Supreet ;)

I tried playing Nevewinter nights on my laptop since it has legendary reviews as an rpg but I just couldn't get into it, I thought it was kinda hard but I'm not used to games like Baldurs Gate, etc. Also, I was using the laptops touchpad so it was a pain in the ass.

One of the absolute best RPG's I've played:

1) Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - duh!
2) Final Fantasy 10 - One of the most mesmerizing games in history, with great story.
3) Kingdom Hearts - Loved the story and the Disney infusion.
4) Chrono Trigger for SNES - Everything about it was awesome. Still haven't finished it yet.
5) Paper Mario
6) The Witcher 2

I think those are definite must plays and the other good ones of course include Borderlands, Fallout 3, Oblivion, The Witcher 1, Super Mario: Legend of the Seven Stars and I'm sure there's more worth mentioning.

IMO, the first game was outstanding; that and Dungeon Siege are among my favourite games of all time, however, the second game was awful! :( I felt the main failing was the user interface, which was clunky and just didn't work anything like as well as the original game; many of the interactive elements of the game seemed to have been changed simply for change's sake. It seemed to me that they clearly hadn't playtested it enough. I was a bit gutted, because I'd enjoyed the original so much.

Hmm, you guys have really good taste about RPG Games I would say. I've read a lot about these games, and the games mentioned above are really at the top. Currently I've started playing Velvet Assassin, though it is a stealth game, but it fine (6.5/10). I am really dying to play Dragon Age II :(. But right now I don't have any money. I only have a Processor (Phenom X4 980 ~ 3.7GHz) and Logitech G110 Keyboard. My mouse MX518 died yesterday :( I have to get a new one, I'm thinking about this: http://www.smcinternational.in/index.php?page=shop.product_det...Itemid=176 let me know what you guys think of this or, I'll probably get this one: http://www.smcinternational.in/index.php?page=shop.product_det...Itemid=176

I will start another topic in "Off Topic Section" about my life these days since marriage happened two years back, hence I need some right direction.

I need some change in my life. I need your help guys.
