  NTLDR ctr+alt+del to restart

without having proper knowledge of formating, I formated C and d drives of my computer in order to reinstall windows again.after formating C and D drives using a partition software,I inserted the windows cd and tried to reboot.but it prompts the following error msg again and again. what should I do....??? plz help me....I feel like I hv messed up my whole computer..

I assume that you have one hdd with two partitions?

Use windows dvd/cd to format and partition your hdd, that should solve the issue.
There is no problem with the hdd its self, the problem is that the hdd is not set to be recognised while booting, fixed by formatting with windows.
