When asking a question You need to post as much detail as you can!

When was this last working, yesterday, a month ago?
Have you done any hardware or software changes?
Did it turn off while using it or did it just not turn on the next day?

To test the charger, you can easily do this using a volt/ohm meter and see if there is any power to the end of the cable where it plugs into your laptop.

I assume that you have kept an eye on the battery status, or that you keep it plugged in while using it. This would indicate that the battery should be fully charged. Thus, with a charged battery, the laptop should do something. This makes me think it is doubtful that it is the charger.

Any information could be helpful.

Well, lets see...

I had a different charger (The one that came with the laptop.) but it stopped working after approx. one month of continuous use, so I got a new one from eBuyBatteries.com. It said it was a replacement for my old charger. It's apparently a model EA11603. The green light on the charger itself is on, but my laptop is not receiving power. The replacement has the same amount of volts as the other one.
