When I hit the power button all the lights turn on and i think i hear the disk turning and then they all turn off. It continues to turn on and off on its own until i take out the battery.
I've already tried the thing where you take out the batter and adapter and hold power button for 45 seconds.

Any suggestions?

If you aren't getting anything on the display at all, it suggests a possible problem is a faulty memory module...most likely the one in the primary module slot.

You could try re-seating the memory module(s) first, but if that doesn't work and IF you have 2 memory modules, I'd try removing the module in the primary slot and moving the module from the secondary slot into the primary slot, then try re-booting. Observe all necessary power and ESD handling protocols while handling and moving the memory modules.
