hi... During shut dowm of window7, it shows a message as "background program not end" suggest a solution!

That is just saying that a program that is running is taking a minute to close.

You could get into your "msconfig" and shut down programs that you don't need all of the time. This will free up your pc to start,run and shut down faster. start/search bar/msconfig.

You could also close down all of your programs manually before had, but that is very inconvient (anti virus, web browsers etc).

To check which process is wrong, I suggest you open task manager, switch to Processes tab, manually close a suspicious process and try to shutdown win 7. If your win 7 can shutdown correctly, then you know which process is wrong, otherwise, repeat this method by closing another suspicous process until you find out the reason.
