Resource conflict in Vista. Computer starts only in safe mode

I have a Lenovo 3000-N100 which has Vista loaded on it. Recently Windows starts only in safe mode. Even when F8 is pressed and Windows is made to start "normally", it will open up in Safe Mode. Checked and found resource conflict in Realtek Ethernet NIC. I/O Range and Memory range seem to have addresses that are not available. I disabled Realtek, deleted and reloaded the Realtek software and still the problem exists. Any help would be appreciated very much.
