Hi Friends,
I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium edition
which is been used for past 3 years.

For the past 2 months, the Laptop turns off automatically first time after 20-30 mins.
When it reboots, if I go to "Start windows normally", it turns off in 15 mins and reboots.

But, when it reboots and I use the option "Safe mode with networking", it works without issues for hours.

I tried, installing from the recovery partition, but still the same.

Thanks in advance

Rosh

Hi,

R u using a genuine OS? If yes then go for latest updates through Microsoft form. Also see that your PC is malware free.

There are other chances as well. Your PC might be getting overheated. RAM has worn out and there is a chance that your exhaust fans are not working well due to dust or circuit breaks.

So, make a note of all these points and hope you will turn up again with the development.
