Can anyone help me out in this.....

I have a excel sheet of server listed, it needs to be run automatically every two hours in a day and show me the output which server is not pinging.

how to run autmatically?

Os: windows xp
i want to know can it run using vi editor with cron command but how . In window machine how can i use this method.


Please help me out as it is very urgent.

Just use Task Scheduler within Windows XP. Setup a new task to run every hours, then browse for the Excel file.

You may want to look into XML instead which would be even easier to access and not even require Excel.
