could someone with a bit more experience point me in the right direction ... will be getting graphic card and ram to suit , as i will be gaming , and internet , general pc usage ... hell im getting by with a net book , but its driving me insane. Hellllp .

The motherboard that comes with the Intel setup does not look very expandable - only two memory slots and I'm not sure what's going on with the PCI slots. I believe the Intel CPUs are still dominating the AMD offerings for the most part, although I haven't researched any benchmarks directly comparing these two.

If it were me, and those were your only two options, I'd go with the AMD setup because that should meet your current needs. If it were me, and those were NOT the only two options, I'd go with Intel and an H87 board, they're not that much more, you get crossfire/sli, 4 DIMM slots, etc. Next year around this time you probably won't miss the cash, but you'll miss the performance.

i hunted about ans went with asus h87m-e , intel i3 4130 , 4gb ddr3 , no graphics card yet , 320gb hdd , 500w coolermaster power , and zalman z3 plus case with windows 8 , its quiet and i love it , its my first asus board and the bios options are amazing

I love Asus mother boards they have good bio's and always preform well.So what kind of video you looking to get?
