Hey guys, long time no post. I'm hoping to build a rig soon to game on. Mainly FPS, racing and fighting. Other than gaming I would be multitask web surfing (10-20 windows/tabs open at a time) light Adobe Photoshop use and netflix.

I already have:
Monitor
Keyboard (have a mouse but could use a new one so recommendations please)
Speakers
Windows 8 64bit OS
DVD Drive
HDD
Wireless adapter

Budget 500-1200 USD If need be i have a couple cases I might be able to use until buying a new one so that can be played with on budget

What I would like for gaming:
minimum 1080p with ultra (maxed out everything) settings on new games ex bf4, advanced warfare, farcry 4 not only on todays games, but for games to come.
And instead of ATi I think I want to go with NVIDIA for gpu. Im kinda of leaning towards running sli/crossfire but lets assume 1 card.
Black case blue theme preferred.

I'm really not sure how much HDDs affect which psu is needed but in the future I plan to run 3 three TB hdds and maybe something like 250GB ssd.

Heres something I was working on feel free to go off that or change it up entirely.
Thank you very very much for the help. Also I dont have any preferences on where I'm buying from so I will definitely be shopping for best prices.

On CPU performance Intel still takes the crown. I'm super lazy today so I'll just link these "Best of 2014":

Best you go with a good Core i5 and a GTX970 which is hands down the price/performance king. The 970 is really really good, I'm planning to buy it and pair it with my current dinosaur PC just for the hell of it. I want to max out The Witcher 3 on my 1680x1050 22" monitor lol.

May i know how much RAM you are trying to use. I will prefer a 6Gb or a 8B for your gaming needs. Rest of the specifications looks good, infact great!

But in my perspective the price is too high. May be you must wait for another deal in this season.
