Where can I find out about memory classification? What is the difference between SDRAM, DIMM, SIMM, MICRO DIMM, RIMM etc?

Memory types
SDR SDRAM - single data - one set of data per clock cycle
DDR SDRAM - dual data - two sets of data per clock cycle
RDRAM - serial access

Form factors
SIMM - Single inline memory module - 72pin - 16bit pathway
DIMM- SDR - Dual inline memory module - 168 pin - 32bit pathway
DIMM - DDT - Dual inline memory module - 184 pin - 32bit pathway
SODIMM - Small outline Dimm module - laptops
Micro Dimm - ??? may be same as SODIMM
RIMM - RDRAM - ???
