This is my sixty-second day for my Windows 2000 install, not including one reboot for a driver update.

So what if it was started a year ago? People are posting regularly. If it doesn't interest you then stay out.

I have a different suggestion: any post that begins with the word "dude" to be automatically blocked/deleted/expunged/trashed/obliterated/consigned to oblivion etc. etc.

Not trying to bump my post count, but I have something to add.

My old Windows 95 Dell Dimension XPSD333 w/ Intel P2 333MHz + MMH technology + 6GB HDD + 64MB SDRAM, has been on for ~2 years, in my room.

I *occasionally* type up word documents, I have made it dual boot, having Win95 + Win2K, all running on 64MB (although MS site says 128MB for Win2K)

I also play WC2: Tides of Darkness, Command & Conquer, as well as Myst.

And it still hasn't crashed. Well, I took it offline and stuck it in my closet. It has been residing there for ~1 year. :)

Its been 6 years since someone posted and most of these systems are now gone, I feel like I should mention that the most I've got on my machine running Windows 7 ultimate x64 is 4 days and 10 hours.

Linux Ubuntu 10.04 LTS has 8 days and 2 hours.

Wow, I'd forgotten I even started this thread. If I was to remake it, I'd have to account for sleep mode.
