You threw me off, I thought you meant Windows(R) and that would have been VERY untrue.
LOL

My favorite part

Several thorough wipedowns with the tack cloth got all the residue, and imparted an electrostatic charge that helped repel dust.

Nothing like a nice electrostatic charge for the system once in a while eh? LOL

"Dude! Like not just my harddrive, but my memory and graphics card are all dead now too. Bummer!"

That's very cool. My only question is how often does one remove drive cages and move cables to look at their hard disk?

It's all about bragging rights I guess. For now I'm happy with the side window on my case. There's no reason to cut one into my HDD as that's just vanity. :)

If you had one of those clear acrylic cases, this would look nice. Ya?

One of those with a couple of blue LEDs if possible would go great in my case, but I'm not too sure about the possibility of loosing all my data.

Wonder how long it will be before someone produces a 100% clear HD. I guses there would be issues with magnetic shielding and interference of some kind though?

It already takes a lot of balls to do that, but make the entire drive transparent is suicide. But who knows, maybe someone will do it.
