Not booting when bios is 133Mhz

Hi all,

I bought a pc built up. Specs are as follows:-

CPU Athlon XP 2200+ Processor
Geforce 4 MX 440 64Meg DDR TV
40 Gig 7200 UDMA-133
256MEG PC-133 SD-RAM Memory
Elite Group K7S5A 266DDR
Liteon 40X12X48 CD Writer
ATX 350W Side See through Case

It has been working since August, however we removed the power supply as a test for a second PC (power supply on other PC was dead) and when putting supply back in this PC the problem has started. Basically you turn the PC on and it just hangs and the monitor doesnt come on. Nothing wrong with monitor. Ram was checked, processor has been changed. Just cannot find what the problem can be. When resetting the bios, it sets back to 100/100mhz. Changed this back to 133/133 and it happens again. On the rare occasion that it does boot up the performance isnt as it was.

Anyone have any ideas? Help is much appreciated
