I've ordered it from Dabs in the UK. Should I sit tight and wait or cancel and go with a Venice or Winchester?

I'm not a pessimist. I'm just optimistically challenged.

I say "San Diego" I like the fact that it has a nice 1mb L2 cache, so you can always OC a little to way 200MHz over ;)

Are you guys sure that there's a 3500+ San Diego with 1mb L2 cache or does the 1mb start at 3700+ ? AMD's website doesn't show the 90nm 3500+ with 1mb.

I'd say that the 3700+ is the sweetspot at $338! Same cache and architecture but .2 faster right out of the box and only $50 more.
