my system is:

amd 64 3000+ venice
MSI x800 256mb
corsair 1gig value select ram CAS 2.5
480w psu
MSI k8n neo4 non platinum MB

i would like to clock my ram and processor but im not sure how.

Once you read a little more on how it's done, you can use my AMD 64 Overclocking Calculator to help you with the calculations. It might also give you more of an understanding of how it works just by looking at it, once you have grasped the terminology.

Dude, Jerome...give it little more time, before you overclock..

However my logic is simple...when it gets unstable, jack up the Vcore, Vdimm..depends on what its required basically.

i sugest getting use to your system for a bit like a week or so (thats what im gonna do) before you start to OC, btw man i dont think your RAM is gonna quite cut it for a good OC, mild maybe but nothing too great, no offence.

hmm i did a benchmark and it said that my ram was too fast for my cpu and video card?? wtf is that about.
