All I can say is Wow.. I'm happy with this latest buy.. $59 for the cpu and about $100 for the mobo.. (canadian dollars) and I upgraded from my XP 2000+. Used the same ram and same everything else for that matter.. I have the bus up to 272 which puts the cpu at 1900mhz! I'm quite happy with that.. Here is a comparison from sisoft sandra and wcpuid for the proof!

BTW, can anyone tell me what the heck AMD Engineering Sample xx is under Name String ?? I thought it should read sempron or something.. OH! And this chip is a s754 yet it says in wcpuid that its s940... What's up with that?

I had similar problems with Sandra... get CPUZ... that detects everything accurately.

WOwza! This thing runs so cool I could definitly see how that's possible.. I wish I would have bought a better motherboard, along with better ram.. Hehe.. Oh well.. You get what you pay for! I'm still happy with what I got!
