  Tagan TG480-U01 and Vcore readings

I have Tagan TG480-U01 with A8N SLI, 3800 + X2.
When I have my cpuz reading the Vcore, the numbers are always fluctuating with a pretty big range, say if i set it to 1.225, cpuz would always say it is between 1.200, 1.216, 1.248, 1.264, is this normal? or should i use the bios to reading the Vcore number? shouldnt it stay the same, or at least very close to the bios settings?

Yea, its normal, Vcore fluctuates and the Clock speed by little margin (Memory also), nothing serious :)
