  corrupted downloads

having a real problem downloading files.they appear to download fine,goes to completion but when i go to install the app it says source file is corrupt.it doesn't do it on all downloads,just some,ive tried redownloading with no luck.other computer on my network has no problems at all.both computers come out of same router.
i have the nforce firewall off and active armor off.

amd 64 4000
evga 7800 gt
ocz 1gig memory
wd raptor hd
plex 716 dvd
asus a8n sli premium
asus 550w ps
windows xp home svc pk2

if you are downloading things that have multiple split archive files this is just a fact of life.
you should try getting the files elsewhere. If not you might look at either your Hard drive or RAM being faulty.

thx what i did find is that i had my memory in wrong sockets,was only showing as ddr333 64 bit single channel
also the nforceware control panel was messing them up somehow even though i had the nforce firewall and active armor disabled.
i fixed those 2 problems and everythings been great. :)
