My big problem is that everytime when I download something to whole browser will freeze for a few seconds and sometimes even over 10 sec which just takes a lot of time away when I'm downloading a lot so how can I fix this odd problems? Other browsers don't have that issue.
Firefox is in no way a finished complete piece of software & never will be.
As such there's always bugs & compatibility issues, some get fixed others don't.
It may simply not like your PC's configuration, like your firewall, antivirus software or other apps your running at the same time.
I experience frequent little problems while using Firefox, sometimes the problem shows up on all my PC's, sometime's just one PC. Keep in mind I run both Intel & AMD based PC's & Firefox isn't the only software that acts up.
I find Acrobat reader to have far more problems than Firefox any day of the week.
What version of FF are you using?
Also, does it happen to be one certain type of file (.exe, .pdf, etc), or any type of file that causes the slowdown?

That will happen if your download history (in the download manager) gets too big. To fix it (if this is indeed the problem), to go to Tools > Downloads and hit Clean Up. Then go to Tools > Options > Privacy > Download History, and set Remove files from the Download Manager to either Upon successful download or When Firefox exits.
