  Outlook 2003
 Date Written

I have an odd problem, and I wanted to see if anyone has had a similar problem.

I created a contact list in Outook 2003 on Computer #1, and then moved all contacts to a folder which I share on the network. Each username and/or distribution list shows up as a msg file.

Next, I go to computer #2, and copy the distribution msg file over to outlook 2003 contact list from the network share. It populates the Contact list with all information and all looks good.

When I use the Distribution list from Computer #2, it works perfectly except that it adds 2 other users from Contacts that are in my contacts folder. It adds the same 2 names every time, but the names don't show up in the Distribution list on that computer when I check it, and there are other names in the contact list, but it only adds those 2 names (they are not alphabetical in any way, and they seem like any other email address)

The Distribution list is the only name in the To: row, but somehow, these 2 extra contacts are sent the email too.

Has anyone ever seen this?
