  computer wont start up

ok so i turned my computer off just by pressing the button on the front instead of shutting it down and now evertime i try to turn it back on a screen comes up that makes me selece a way to start my computer, 3 different safe modes, run how it last worked best, and start normally, the windows xp screen comes up with the loading bar and then i blue screen flashes quickly and the whole process starts again....what can i do to fix this

Possible a file has been corrupted. Try a repair install.
