The 9900 reviews i've seen are from about 3 days ago, it's not like they're old or anything. The B3 stepping with the erratum fix is slated for Q2 08. I think it's unlikely they'll be doing any serious work on the critical paths with that respin so I can't see it clocking much higher than the current Phenoms do. Even if they do manage to get it scaling well with B3 there's no way that shop has the new silicon yet.
