I bumped mine up to 700/1000 and it's still solid. No change in temp whatsoever. This custom cooler is really effective! I'll probably push it higher! And for $200!!!

If in the market, GET THIS CARD!!!

His cpu is Oced pretty good.He would need to redo his system to do much better with a 939 system

I don't really see the point of upgrading my processor just yet. I'd probably gain 10 maybe 20 frames at most and end up spending hundreds of dollars! My little X2 is doing a great job with the 8800GT.

If your talking about getting a X2 3800+ i think they are about as cheap as they are gonna get.They sell now for about $60

A new CPU would certainly help you, but you still got a fairly decent CPU and a solid motherboard, so it's probably good for a few more years, just in time to buy a eight-core CPU.
