I see no need for a Vista recall. It's working just fine for me. And... everyone who's using it. It's been out for a year and a half. If there were anything recall-worthy... well... that's what we have Windows Updates and Service Packs for. :D

There's no such thing as a "recall" on an operating system, you just release updates for it to fix the issues.

There could be if, for instance, there is a problem with the keys printed on the product. Another example is if the installers have a major flaw that require redistibution to correct.
