I just installed a new 320 gb WD Caviar SE EIDE Hard drive, but when I partition it, it only gives me 137 gb. How do I over come this?

Try to re partition it again. It sounds like you took the default size. Select the custom option when partitioning depending on the method or untility program you are using.

Do you have atleast SP1 installed? Try that.

+1 on the SP1 suggestion, this is a fairly common issue. If you're using a PCI expansion card, you may need to install its 48-bit LBA driver.
