I have XP loaded in this computer, English language. I have installed Office 2003 in Spanish with no problem. However IE7 Spanish cannot install.
Is there any trick to install it despite the language barrier?
Thanks in advance, Juan.

Uepa Juan...que hay? LOL
If you notice, many Windows update files that you download will be specific to the language of the Windows you are installing it on. So for example, If I download a KB file with an update for XP in English, I may not be able to install it on a Windows XP Spanish. IE is pretty much the same, it's an update file, so you may face the same problem.
I have two recommendations for you:
1. Stay away, as far as you can from IE. Internet Explorer is very vulnerable to a lot of malware going around, instead, use FireFox which you can get in Spanish: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
2. You can change the interface language of XP by using MUI Packs, you can read more here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/2/e/62e61f10-e106-4f4...readme.htm
