I've loved Asus for my MOBO for 2 and one half years now, but now my mobo is t**s up. I RMA(ed) it 42 days ago. And still no mobo. They sent me a "reman" mobo and it posted just 2 times. I gave that board CPR for 5 hours (tears drops from left eye) and nothing. Called them back and thay emailed me a prepaid Fedx lable. but ... now ... all I have is a socket370 with only 256Mb of ram and onboard vid (lots of tear drops now, from both eyes). Called the Doc. today (Asus) (11-25-08)and was told She is in rehab......
Any body have this happen to you?

It's been now 40..some days and no MOBO.(I paid $300 us for this MOBO) I know they an't maken that same MOBO. but hell they should sent out something just as good... why do they give out a 3 year warranty if they can't hold up to the deal. (NEW MOBOs). All asus has now are "remaned" a8n32-sil delux(e) I can't even play Half-Life(the first one), or Starcraft.( *&*)(*)(^%#%&$&*^(*&) well I will post here when I get the "rare" remaned a8n32-sli delux(e)

Sorry to hear that. Interestingly enough, I swapped out that mobo for a DFI Expert. I kept it brand new and never overclocked. If you are interested in purchasing it from me I will give you a good deal. Guaranteed not to be DOA.

Yup, been there, done that. Gigabyte (California) hosed me on a GA-P35-DS3R mobo that has less than 11 months on it's 3 year warranty. The board has been discontinued, so they just updated the BIOS from F11 to F12, said there was nothing wrong with it, and sent the POJ back to me. I've tried all the hardware on other computers and everything works until it's installed on the DS3R.

Three follow-up calls to Gigabyte got me promises, no.......LIES (from a guy named Jason; Hello Jason, remember me??) of an RMA# and a refurbished replacement. I have recieved no RMA#, no replacement, they are ignoring my emails and not returning my calls.

The *&^%$#@! know you won't do much legally for a $300 (or much less) motherboard, so they are safe in doing nothing.

hold all your bits. asus let me know that she is in rehab, so I'm not gonna get a new mobo right? (I don't think I'll ever have the same Motherboard ever again). But the fact is I am intitled to a new motherboard that works under my componits (SAS)
