Oh man. I saw this yesterday and was amazed how many HDD's it pierced.

That bullet is ridiculously powerful and large in size. It could easily blast a persons limb, head, [insert human body part] off.

When I was a kid in the 70's, there was one time that this old fart brought into the checking station two white tailed deer. Niether one had straight legs. The old fart was in his 70's. When asked about the deer he told a story of being trained by the British SAS as an American sniper, using a .50cal rifle, which he brought home. As he could not track or trace dear, he always aimed for the shoulderblade. The impact of the .50cal rifle bullet would shatter both, and the hydrostatic shock would instantaniously pulverize the heart and lungs, ensuring an instant kill. This is to say that the impact of the "chambered" Hornady bullets that he used caused such an impact on the whitetail deer (at or around 70-90lbs) that the impact shattered the shoulders and the side vector BROKE thier legs!
If you search the internet, you'll find some video of a sniper using a derivative of the same weapon blowing off the shoulder and arm of a combatant at or about 1300m!!!
I'm more of a 25-06,.308cal or .225cal type guy myself, but the destructive power of a .50cal has to be admired.
