well damn i have not been on the forums.....in a long time, im glad to see it still going strong. but here a question. i wanted to hook up a computer that i had laying around to my tv so i can play high def movies etc. i wanted to use a dvi to hdmi converter, but since dvi does not carry sound that was out of the question. so i saw a ati all in wonder that had hdmi output and 5.1 built in, how are these cards? would that be a good choice. i do not have a stero hooked up at the moment so i need to run the sound through the tv.

thanks

Even if DVI doesn't carry sound, cant you just use hdmi for video only, and just run like a coax or optical connection for the sound?
