  Odd Server 03 Problem..

I have a very odd problem on server 2003 with Terminal Services. I can't open the Task Manager with any account. It opens the green little graph icon in the notification area (which btw will not show actual usage now). The Task Manager Window will never open. Note: If you try to open more than one Task Manager, Multiple little green graphs will show up. Upon logout, Taskmgr.exe needs to 'End Task'.

Occationally login and/or logout is sometimes very slow, sometimes not... Even at the console.

Using a 3rd party program like procexp.exe (Sysinternals Process Explorer) will not startup.

Using Terminal Server Manager works sort of, but will freeze if you try to access the 'Processes' tab.

I've scanned for Virus' and Spyware but everything seems clean. Any Idea's what I can do? This is an active TS in a production environment so would love to avoid anything extreme.

I wonder if replacing the taskmgr.exe file with one from a system that works would get you anywhere? Thats an odd problem, I've never heard of anyone having an issue with task manager.
