  BSOD page_fault_in_nonpaged_area, please help

Hi every body. I need help (it's clear and that's why am here)

I had BSOD page_fault_in_nonpaged_area, on my vista, actually I think it started from the time I installed a new sotware ModelSim. However, after that, I was able to use my computer in safe mode, so I organized my files and formatted my windows drive and installed windows 7.

After installing windows 7 I have the same problem here. So I need your help. (I guess I have this BSOD more in times when i'm trying to open more windows and so overloading ram, but am not sure.)

I'd first try to isolate between possible hardware and software causes using a self-booting CD/DVD. See my post for more info at:

Using UBCD (or other self-booting diagnostic resource) takes Windows out of the picture and if the problem continues while booted from the CD/DVD, tells you it's likely a hardware problem.

Once that is determined, hardware debugging can proceed if needed. Otherwise, it's likely a software debug.
