Wow that's just screwed up, I hate the justice system. But I'll wear my tie just in case :P

Lol did you make this by chance?

If this is real, it's f**ked up. $100 is nothing.

My kid found it and posted it to my facebook page. This doesn't surprise me. I have a friend doing life for stealing a can of tuna, another one doing life for snatching a purse with $4 in it, and another one doing life for breaking a window on a car. And the guy who owned the car didn't want to press charges, he just wanted his window replaced. And yes I do know a lot of criminals...

This was in the news not long ago. A man robbed a bank for $1, just to be in prison for free health care. Quite a "smart" scheme for using the benefits of the wonderful U.S. justice system.

http://abcnews.go.com/Health/Wellness/james-verone-medical-mot...d=13895584
"But the charge Verone faces for the June 9 heist, larceny from a person, is unlikely to keep him behind bars for more than 12 months. He is being held in Gaston County Jail, where he has already been seen by several nurses, on a $2,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court June 28. And if his sentence is too short, Verone said he plans to rob again."

Well... all he needs next time is to rob $100 instead. ;)

Casey Anthony free is the biggest example of this.

12 dumbest persons alive chosen to examine the easiest case of them all, she killed her daughter, period.

Yeah when I read that I was like wtf!? Aren't there there free clinics available? I saw this episode of Scrubs where the hot blond started working at one and it seemed really nice. :P

The only free clinic around here is where Watts and Compton meet. The 2 jewels in Los Angeles County's crown...

That's pretty messed up though. Stalin's law and Megadeth's corollary: One death is a tragedy, one million deaths is a statistic -> Kill a man and you're a murder, kill them all and you're a god.

I thought you were farther north, payton. If you're in LA, man... I'm sorry. I really am.

Since someone mentioned LA... WTF are all the hypes about a freeway closure last night? They even named the event after a game, "carmageddon", LOL ;) Never seen a highway construction being national news...
