Windows XP will not reboot after going into hibernate mode.

I put my machine into hibernate mode and it went through the "Windows is hibernating" screen before shutting down as it should. I've done this many times and had no issues.

However, today, upon starting the machine up again, it went through the start-up as normal, showed the bar saying that "Windows is starting up" before suddenly rebooting on its own, going through set-up, and then completely showing a blank screen. When I power down and reboot, it does the same thing--goes through set-up, then goes blank.

PSU is brand new, no RAID setup with the HD. There were no signs of anything going wrong prior to this, no clicking sounds from the HD, no issues with the MOBO, or anything.

Any clues on what needs to be done so I can access the computer?
